hmmm...how can i not thank my number 1 fans =P haha..got dawn, chumz and zhi hao...*clap clap* haha...zhi hao, u owe me a hagan daz ice cream..wahaha....i tink their moral support was the best...it spark me to do more, do better and continue my run...esp dawn..haha...cheering me on, using hagan daz ice cream..wahaha...
now leg very suan...just had my mangoteen juice.cos it is anti oxidant...so i will get less muscle ache...=D i am glad i work hard...i have been running from monday to wednesday daily to prepare myself..i noe it is a bit last min..hehe...but it is still training...
here..i wanna *clap clap* to chumz!!! she is a record breaker...everyone should learn from her...being FAT does not mean she is UN-FIT...=D she is a 1st timer in NAPFA and she did well..almost to a gold standard other den 45 seconds in 2.4km run...which cause her to fail..still..*clap clap* i am glad u tried it out and did well... =D
this week have been tiring, due tot he pile of work...arrrrhhhh...haha...next week is test till exam...and i still got work that is not school related that is not settled..arrrhhh...ganbatte!!! =D
