today i missed my hiking session..cos i couldn't wake up..was out for 7th month dinner last night, over at dover, until 11:30pm, den did 7th month burning to send "brothers sisters" back...had a short conversation with a friend, den pop to bed at 2am...that is why i couldn't wake up at 5am today...

today was not that bad...i was allowed out of the house, to get somethings for myself, before my itp starts, but of course only to somewhere nearby my house. So i went to westmall, alone..manage to but 3 things of my likings, 1 new pair of shoes, a cap, and a jumper...

tomorrow starting itp le...i scare i get lost...hopefully i dont...wish me luck!

today did not went as great as i expected it to be, since it is one of my 2 pathetic days to go out and play, have fun, more like to unwind from exam before i officially start to attend my grueling ITP which commence on Monday, 1st September 2008.

The day started right, with me completing my Saturday run, other than being kind of lost, had a simple break-slow after that. Went to botanic garden and saw a lot of interesting plants. I realize i was observing them, and explaining all my plant science facts to my naive cousins, with my uncle seem amazed that i knew so much facts. took quite a number of pictures of it. Soon, i am dropped at home, and lock like a damn bird.

I wanted to go out play, with kenneth (SP ENV) and with alcina jie, to go catch a movie. But was poured a pail of cold water, and my wish was not granted. Was quite sadden about it, even then,i was deprived of my anime after 1 episode, and was ordered to clean the store room/house. As i am not allowed to rebuked, so quietly without any sound, i had to bring myself out there to clear, and clear...Wasnt that draggy, as i mange to find some bit of happiness in cleaning to make the process more enjoyable.

My last hope was crashed, I wanted to head to school for the weaving workshop training, since i am not able to attend the actual thing on Tuesday itself. But all hopes were dash, as I am assigned to clear the kitchen cabinets. I saw the time tick by, heart feeling lower and lower. That is how my "day-off" is spoiled.

I know my life is no life, i cant do what i want to do, i am doing what others want me to do, I knoew it all, so stop rubbing in, i know it myself, and i do not need you to tell it to me, even though it is fact. SO SHUT UP! URUSAI! SCRAMMED! GET LOST! ASS OFF!

did a lot of filtering, as i am very greedy like a lot of blogskins, so manage to make a decision at last...haha...

yupz, exams are over! had my last paper today, plant science! OSRM, was a killer to a lot of people. Hope the result coming out will not be that bad. Plant science was ok for me. I have to admit, i was panicking like hell, during the last few days...kind of emotionally unstable, went crazy, and broke down quite a few times.

hmmm....here is something for someone:

I just got to know that my secondary school teacher ran 88.8km for Olympics. I am so proud of him, as he has live up to not only the school motto but also our vision!

He runs 88.8km in 12 hours to mark Games opening and raise $8,800 for charity

TWENTY-FOUR hours before the curtain went up at the Beijing Olympics last Friday, one long-distance run got under way here in Singapore.

A 35-year-old secondary school teacher set off on a punishing 12-hour marathon to mark the opening of the Games and to show his support for local Olympians.

During the gruelling run, made harder by rain, Mr Koh Suan Lam rested for just 40 minutes - about half of that time for a quick nap to recharge his batteries.

By the time Mr Koh ended his run at dawn on Friday, he had covered 88.8km in honour of the start of the Olympics, which opened on Aug 8.

'I have never run more than a marathon distance of about 42km before, so this distance was quite tough,' said Mr Koh, who is head of the physical education department at Kent Ridge Secondary in West Coast.

'I was pleasantly surprised that I managed to finish it in 12 hours.'

In the past month, students and teachers from the school ran a total of 4,476km - the distance between Singapore and Beijing.

Mr Koh's personal contribution was the finale.

School principal Koh Chong Mong said the run, which followed a course around the secondary school, was a way to promote the Olympic spirit.

'We want our students to have perseverance. And if they see that Mr Koh is able to do this, they will understand that they also can overcome difficult challenges.'

The school used the run to help raise $8,800 for charities such as the President's Challenge, said the principal.

An avid runner, Mr Koh has completed four marathons and two Ironman triathlons. While he is not new to long runs, he still hit a low point last Thursday night at the 30km mark.

'I was feeling down because of the rain and because of sleepiness because I had only slept three hours the day before,' he said.

He took a 20-minute power nap at an unsheltered rest point outside the school gate, which was the turning point of the race for him, he said.

After the nap in the slight drizzle, he woke up energised.

What gave him added inspiration was the presence of his family, colleagues and students.

His nine-month pregnant wife Rachel, 35, went down to the school three hours into Mr Koh's run to cheer him on. She brought the couple's six-year-old son Lendal.

'I was a little worried, but he has done marathons before, so I am quite used to it by now,' Mrs Koh said.

'And I sent a text message to his colleague later at 2am to see if he was all right.'

Some 50 students and a few co-workers took turns running with him during his 70 laps around the school. Other students spent the night at the school and cheered him on.

Hundreds more lined the streets to welcome him the next morning as he made it across the finish line.

His run inspired many of his students.

Kwek Pei Wen, 15, a Secondary 4 student, ran two rounds in the night and the last round with Mr Koh in the morning.

She said: 'I was quite shocked when I first learnt he was going to run 88km because I don't like long-distance running.

'But he was doing something to honour the Olympians and to show how we could go 'beyond frontiers', which is our school's motto.'

The rest of the time, she was studying with her classmates, preparing for their O-level preliminary examinations in two weeks.

Johan Neil, 16, who has been Mr Koh's student for four years, ran with his teacher.

Johan said: 'Mr Koh has done a lot for the school, raising funds through running. So running with him, giving him support, is my way of giving something back to the school before I graduate.'

today is sunday, so it was a usualy gym day...but it wasnt tat great, cos i had breakslow in the morning before i went gym, which cause me to vomit it out, probably because i overexerted myself..it made me cry..stomach from there didnt really feel great...i still continue my workout..completed it at last...went to school to play badminton, the lecturers are damn cock up..say book at 12pm, den they keep draggin and dragging, my auntie was not very happy about it though, haiz now is not the students who spoilt the reputation of SP, it is the lecturers themselves...nothing much i can do...only hting is it spoit my mood for today too...have not been having fantastic mood this few days and today also the same...haix..

after a week of mugging plus exams time to take sometime off to take care of my blog or i will start losing all my readers..and also ..i will start forgetting tings..

haha...this week was to anf fro to sch, early in the morning den till 5plus..had a few studying sessions, with nick, xiao hai zi, alcina, dan and meself..haha...who with who, on which day i dont remember le...plus, hawk's morning + nights calls, thks thks...other than tat i dun really remember how i survive this week, or what i did this week other than exams paper.

oh ya, i remember scolding "F*CKED OFF!" tat is my first time scolding too..sorry for tat usage..i think recently i have been kind of short tempered plus hot tempered, i apologies for that..

lets talk about exams...my very 1st paper was on wed, molecular genetic, was pretty ok..but until applied micro, my 2nd paper, i have to admit i was already about to give up...or i had already had the feel tat i had given up. yupz..my 1st 1 hour was very sians, very lethargic...i was busying drinking water, looking at watch, writing a few lines and more lines, placing head on table, looking at sky...until i realize i am not concentrating, so i decide i need a toilet break to focus...back from toilet i was more awake and focus..yupz..manage to get back on right track..

i still have 2 more papers to go next week...did not go running today, i went voluntary work with mercy relief today...had a fun time there...that is all for today...lets hope tomorrow will be a better day...hope my short tempered-ness go off soon, sorry if i thrown my temper at you, i dun mean too...

hmmmm...actually pretty lazy to blog..haha...past weekend have spend my morning exercising...Saturday morning at 6am went jogging at west coast park...had a 5km run for 45 mins...haha...perspiration drip like a tap...haha...then sunday went gym-ing with my brothers at CCK sports complex, following...i went NGEE ANN POLYTECHNIC...haha...play badminton...wahaha....at the same time i do spy spy their env club...known as environmental rangers....haha....took pics of their notice board...haha...but their borad is empty...no news at all...haha...

oh ya...took pics o girl girl and tiny too...they are so naughty...wahaha...chase their father around the house...haha...looks like they are growing fast...tiny know how to shake hand le!!! haha....send them for grooming last week...poor dang dang...he is now almost botak as he got skin problem...wahaha...once i uploaded the photo, there is one where he sit on a $99 chair...haha...not angry with him la..he cold cold ma...haha...nothing much...so to the rest...ganbatte on the upcoming exams...haha...=)

I remember wat i wanted to blog le~!!! haha...not about table tennis...it is about CNG cars...

CNG cars are suppose to be environment friendly, but it is not user friendly! haha... in Singapore there are only 2 petrol stations...the waiting time to pump CNG is very slow, as a 10 min break is need to regain the pump after every car. Moreover, during rainy days, it is more not advisable to pump CNG fuel. recently, there are a few CNG vehicles that explode in our neighboring countries. So the question ask is...it is eco friendly, but not user friendly. Many taxi drivers has complain about it, being more of a burden than a ease.

hmmm...so wait till CNG become more user friendly locally, or it will indeed be a difficult task to establish it. On top of that, with bio fuel coming up, it will be a even more difficult market for CNG cars to build up especially in Singapore

Just a train ride

It was just a short train ride,
Yet all I felt wasn’t that right,

When I saw the packed train,

oops...so many days never update! haha...

saturday was national day...but me, marcus, and alcina stay home and bombed people's tag board with fireworks...cos they are all out to have fun and no one is defending their cbox haha...nothing much though...was brought to telok blangah to have some praying things...saw planes flying here and there...jsut hope next year i can spend my national day out...had a dinner full of shells again...

sports day! yeah...early morning was brought to CCK's sports complex..went to the gym and had a great, well tortured workout..haha...den we went to sch to play badminton before it start to pour heavily...wanted to go kent ridge park walk..but one of the boys was tired le...so we did not torture him any longer...headed back home and took a rest...before i was brought out again to have dinner...crabs again...haha...

monday...
test again..biostats..duno why...mood crashed the whole day...dun ask me too...damn it...biostats did not went as well as it should...after that mood affected even more...luckily after that went to clubhs meet victor, he and his lame joke, and of course his hello panda...hahaha...den it was home sweet home..

at home..dinner time was dangerous..den say want to do biostats PBL, in the end, went in and out of trans mode..den fell aslp in front of my laptop...damn it...must i live with this kind of damn life.

i hate myself...
i hate myself for being stupid...
i tried hard enough...
but still all i will be facing is failure..
once again history is about to repeat...
disappointment is what my family would be seeing...
i just blame myself for being such a failure..

today great day too...had adeline koh lesson...she very cute...ask those people not wearing national colour and exempted those foreigners...luckily i got red on me...haha...den mother plant became lao bu de plant...why not lao pe de plant...all the jokers...haha..den we had test...saw mei hoon and pei xuan in MLT1, i tink is mei hoon had a class there in the morning, den there were some confusion between my class and xuan's class, for a few minutes we were so happy, can have combined test, of a different modules...in the end xuan left me...in the lonely MLT1...haha..but mr poi said the announcement very cute "those who are her students stay here, those who are his student follow him, those who are her student dun follow him, those who are his student dun stay here" haha...so complicated...haha....

Chemistry was also nice! haha...simultaneously me and kay yan answered ms ng question...fun fun...haha...hardly had this kind of fun le...after that no GEMS woohoo..haha...i go walk walk with 小孩子, lame around with all the toys, haha...had a good laugh...den i was choked by F&N grape, haha...shortly, hawk arrived, den hawk left for show, den nick arrived...stay awhile den go home le...wanted to buy sth for meself, in the end i never buy...was bullied too...force to do sth i dun wish to do...haha...

today is already thursday, hmmm...looks like i never update my blog for 2 days le...lets start with tuesday...

i was suppose to meet 小孩子 in the morning, but i overslept, and reach school at 730am. class start at 8am, but it was optional. i still did went, as i need the comp in the lab, so ended up only a few of us turned up..haha...after that we went to see our artificial seed that we made 2 weeks ago...my tube 3 and 4 was attack by bacteria...haha...sadded...then we had lunch at fc3, which then we met until mr goh, who send me a bad news...haiz...why must everyone fight with me for ITP! damn it...during osrm, teddy was vandalising my book, haha....but i took my revenge...muhaha...den at 3pm...got headache...wanted to study OSRM, ended up sleeping at garden @ moberly for 1 hour...the place really nice to sleep...very windy...after that had a poke-ey fight...haha...that was all for tuesday...

wednesday!
meet 小孩子, hawk, and nick for breakslow at SP mac...haha...hawk and nick late!!! they had breakslow, while i was studying OSRM. oh ya actually dont need to go class on wed de...but duno who go complain on mr chan, shoot him, den he call all of us back...sadded...make us fill up a form and go through chapter 5 and 6 again...so i just do his tutorial 8...after 1 hour he released us! haha...den meet hawk and nick again...den watch a video of "dirty" club...and had fun playing with hannah online...haha..from there, hawk wanted to eat swensen...so dagged me and nick there...actually call someone, but the someone bad mood, act tao lor...dun want go..den dun go lor...walk quite a distance before reaching..er...so as crazy as they can be, they ordered 1 giant earthquake, 1 sizzling banana crumble and 1 bowl of soup..haha...i was busying studying plant science then...but mass took pics of hawk...haha...him and his actions..haha..

gathering time, we had fun even before the race started...with victor pushing me on the trolley on the way to the admin block and almost dumping me into the drain...haha...we also had 1 bird and 2 leaves dancing...haha...and also laughing at the performance for national day...as one of the dancer drop his pants...=X er..overall ok la...but me, mei hoon and hawk seem more entertaining...haha...after that, took group photo...and play with victor also...alcina took a video on it...haha....must kope from her liao...haha...overall, i am proud of env team...seeing them to chiong, make me feel like last year..haha...but still cannt get the feel...haha...then i was watergirl, cum medic...had to go around where our ppl were, deliver water, make sure they are ok...and dance to cheer them up a bit..haha...finally they finish the race, pei wen finish it!...oh ya the runners are:

today, did not have much sleep...on top of tat i still pour coffee into my stomach...so had stomache...thanks to hawk, he morning called me...actually i got no class until 230pm today...but i did not want to stay home...so i went to school...to moberly garden and study...after awhile i fell asleep..the place realy nice to sleep...still i got do work, until some1 come, he no need to come one...no school for him, but he is there for him to collect his nyaa booklet..he also vry nice, help me but the KFC using the voucher vic gave ytd...soon serene arrived..den teddy...den pris plus aloy...lesson was postpone to 3pm, more time to study chem...haha...actually by then i duno wat to study cos:

haha...so long...had 1 lesson,and then it was test...it was a combine with 3 class from DCP...it is big group...the whole MLT1 is fully filled...1st time seeing it filled..haha...the paper i do until very shuang...like racing with time...hardly do this kind of paper le...my last paper that i did it to this state...secondary school POA, so happy then, where P&L, balance sheet can balance...haha...so that is for today..waitong for alcina's photos and video haha...=P

another ncie news is...wahaha...past 2 days house gate have been renovated...mummy jsut now gave me house to the gate...haha..so happy...haha...i know it is nothing surprising though...haha...

early in the morning 6'o clock...i left home...haha...meet 小孩子...my 1st time go SP when sky still dark dark...kind of remind me of secondary school days...took bus to SP, saw 小孩子 le...den we go T15, i go there study...but cos i was too tired, after the sleepless night, my processor run very slow.. so around 8plus? we went fc3, wanted to eat prata for breakslow...me stomach not good, due to the overdose of coffee..so 小孩子 buy milo, haha...but i just left it there...haha..until it become cool milo..haha...was studying, until 小孩子 confiscate me pencilbox, and bar me from studying, force me go sleep for 5mins...haha...den we had prata with curry...haha...after that i go class le...nothing much happen in class though, other than test, which i found it ok..haha..

after school, went to fc5 to eat pizza, den together with mummy pris and aloy daddy, called 小孩子 along..小孩子 naughty lor...not feeling well still wanna drink brain-freeze, want to die ar? haha...ended up being forced to drink milk milk..haha... after that walk 小孩子 go class...den victor call le...so together with mummy pris and daddy aloy, we go club house, victor was with his projectmates...den aloy itchy hand went to take bubble blower...den we all started blowing bubbles..haha..den we went to T11A, inside the lift aloy blow a lot of bubbles, den after tat pass the thing to pris, making it seems she is the one tat blow..haha..after that give the class guys saw until...haha...den she still blow into wang baoshuang office....haha...den we go back clubhouse...tat is the fun part...vic say we too stress le...haha..cos we keep blowing bubbles..

soon, 3 CLS students, launch a bubble attack on 3 SB students...haha...fun fun...with pris very strong fan, SB lost the war, haha....fun fun...haha...we played bubbles for 1 hour la...took a few crappy photos...haha:





den went for biostats class...kind of sleepy le...cos play too much, but went to wash face and woke up...after that meet 小孩子 again, went to clementi...wanted to bank in cheque...den i realise i 老人痴呆already..past few days cannot remember what i am suppose to do...i almost forgot where i place the cheque, heng it is in my passbook, i tot i put it in my wallet...then i remembered i wanted to go watson buy something, but cannot remember what was it exactly..walk one round le..still cannot remember, den i dun want to buy le...old le...haix...

we had waffles!!! haha...and i should say, 小孩子 is 小孩子...haha...i ate cheese waffle, he ate blueberry...vry cute, he got all the blueberry jam at his side of his lips...i vry nice le...giggle at him for a while, den let him walk for a distance, show his blueberry stained, den give him tissue...haha...at least i got give u tissue, i bad can dun give u de...let u take the train with the bit of blueberry at the side of ur mouth until u get home...but i dun have wor...still nv thank me...haix...小孩子 next time eat carefully kkz...=P

today is surprise test...sunday still got test...ya lor...given by mummy, i was to go marketing myself, and accomplish the test...no time limit though...but i failed haha...i call the helpline twice, cos that is not the market i used to go, and also i missed out one...maybe not fail la..but to me is fail le...

hmmm...tomorrow also got test, so many hellish test within this week...nothing to say le...haha...

hmmm...here want to clear clear some air air...haha...cos of rumours in the air..and of course to alot of people, dont think too much...haha...between me and marcus,it seems we are more than friends, yupz we are more than friends, we are good good friends, haha...he treat me as his "xiao jie jie" and i treat him as a "xiao hai zi" haha..no la...like my younger brother...haha...so have i clear the air? *blow blow* so dun spread rumours le...
