today another great great day!!! cos i ahve a lot of flowers opening, haha..jkjk...

i started my day very blur-ly almost foget that i was suppose to have hotcakes for breatslow with a friend. At least i last minute remembered, but sorry to keep this friend waiting. We ahd classes that was cancelled. Went to clubhouse from 1 -3pm. Was listening to great lame-ing from xuan, sean and victor.

My funs tarted after class! Woohoo...tried skating in jacket. I had a great supporter team, consisting of 3 people: Aloysius, priscilla and marcus. They supported me on how to walk, after i learn how to walk, they leave me to walk on my own, that is when all my falls came. Now my butt got a few cultivated flowers, perspiration was dripping like a tap was on. But i already learn how to walk, woohoo...happy happy...haha...Must learn how to fall and brake, or i will keep banging into walls, haha...I will consider buying and learning it well! that is after exams then say bahx..gambette for exams!

Pris's way for sit up to train the bottom 4 packs, is to lift your leg at 45 degree, den do sit up...Slowly train bahx....not hurry to all trainings in progress.
