looks like this judging issue seems to be a very debatable topic. I thank everyone for you comments. =) They were indeed constructive ones. Within this post, I should response and of course pointing those points which i have miss.Writing it here will be a better option [i tink] cause i feel the CBOX is pretty small to write my response. Placing it here will be easier for you guys to read:

But don't' you think, behavioural actions is difficult to be judge correctly? How do one know whether the person is genuinely innocent, or acting? What if he/she is truly innocent,and one feel he/she is acting, don't you think he/she is wrongly judged? Or can this "acting" innocent be seen through his/ her actions? And how accurate it is? As for emo-ing, at times, people will tend to be quiet at certain point which could be due to their feelings or just things happening in their lives. If the person is being emo-ing and gets on one's nerve i would agree to it, for the fact it can be quite irritating. I agree on the part of self centered if it is for personal gaining but i see no wrong in being self centered if it serves as a defense move. I would agree that each person have different way to be getting offended even that can be judge on.

I guess different people have different perspective towards different matter just like this issue here.There is hardly any cases whereby everyone shares the same perspective.

This is the part that I have oversee it,and I of course need to apologise for that statement and change on it. It should being judge on the bad side is never fun, and of course being judge on the good side is not fun, but it brings one's reputation up.

many times when rumours is being spread the chances of you...being the last to know is very high.
And i believe Wat zhi hao is trying to bring across the statement of "furthermore, better ppl will keep silent... " is being quiet might help in cooling off the rumour in hope that the rumour will dies off, and not further agitate to the situation. And on ... parts he/she feels that defending is a better measure to kill off the rumour [correct me if i am wrong]Thus this clashes between the both of you. As for my stand, i feel both have their pros and cons thus i shall not dwell so much on it, cause i am neutral at this point.

There is some misunderstanding here, is not i am being contradicting, what i am trying to say here is, even though we do not have the right to judge others, we still do judge. And because it is a in born thing in us, cause it to be totally unavoidable on how others see oneself.

Another point which i want to point out is, "being not perfect" is the reason why people judge people. Thus making it un-avoidable.For the fact that if everyone is perfect, what is there to judge?Then there will be no bad and good, cause everyone is good.
